This policy describes how Menen Group, Inc. ("Menen", "we") handles data in connection with "Donnie Operations", an internal application that reads Menen's own QuickBooks Online data.
Through the QuickBooks Online API, with the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope: company information, financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, agings), customers, vendors, invoices, estimates and related accounting records of QuickBooks companies that Menen owns or administers. We do not access data of any other business.
Internal financial reporting, bookkeeping support and operations for Menen Group and its subsidiaries. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and nothing is used for advertising.
OAuth tokens are stored in Microsoft Azure Key Vault under Menen's tenant, encrypted at rest, with access limited to Menen's own service identity. Report extracts are stored in Menen's Microsoft 365 tenant (OneDrive/SharePoint), encrypted at rest and in transit, with access limited to Menen personnel. Data is transmitted only over TLS.
Report extracts are kept for as long as they serve Menen's business and records needs. Tokens are deleted when the connection is removed.
Infrastructure providers used to run the application: Microsoft (Azure, Microsoft 365) and Cloudflare (hosting of these pages and the connection relay). None of them receives Intuit data for their own use.
A QuickBooks administrator can revoke the application's access at any time from QuickBooks "Apps" or via the disconnect page. Questions or requests: chris.milligan@menengroup.com.
